This endeavor by Maximale blends the cherished heritage with the contemporary needs of its transient inhabitants, who seek solace in modest yet refined dwellings. Comprising a cluster of seven meticulously crafted apartments, CS13 not only reclaims the essence of this architectural gem but also fosters an environment of communal living.
Each abode boasts a harmonious fusion of two bedrooms, an airy living space that seamlessly transitions into a dining area, and a kitchen that beckons culinary explorations. The apartments reflect on current functionality and the absence of ornamentation while engaging in a dialogue with the vibrant details of this unique building. All floors are designed with two different typologies of pre-existing housing units, where as one ascends, the specific elements of the facade and roof bathe the space in light and warmth.
