  • Delivery fees will be calculated once items are added to the shopping cart. To see prices and delivery options, please enter the destination country.

    If goods are being ordered from outside Hong Kong, import duties and taxes may be applied once the package reaches the destination country. New Norm Magazine will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred.

  • The courier service used for our orders depends on the destination. We either use SF Express (Hong Kong), Hong Kong Post, or Royal Mail.

    After placing your order, you will receive two emails: an order confirmation and a notification when your order has left our warehouse.

    Please note that if your order is missing due to an incorrect or invalid delivery address, you will be charged for redelivery.
